General Electric GE Profile Complaint

If you're thinking you're buying quaility and durability - you're not! - GE Profile Advantium
Lasted 1.5 yrs. I had a $75 microwave that lasted 15 yrs. This oven worked great and we used it more than our oven. It did miracle type cooking and we thought we had state of the art. Until just a few months ago it was possessed. It would turn to cooking options and beeping all by itself with no one touching it. Then just about a week ago, closing the door the light stayed on and indicated close door. Shutting the power and back on none of the buttons work and it tells you to set clock. Can't do a thing with it. It's a good thing it was put on its own breaker. We purchased other GE applicances throughout our kitchen. I'm now petrified to try to get it fixed. Refrigerator has defects too. Wonder why it's now discontinued.
